Bow & Arrow Rig

Hello Guys.
This is the 4th assignment in Rigging Techniques.
we are asked to rig a Bow and Arrow.🏹🏹🏹

In this rig my main requirements are,
The arrow should have space switching.

We started with modeling bow and arrow first and then we started rigging the bow and arrow.



we started with creating joins in the center on geometry in up and we used mirror tool to mirror to the downside.and then we used IK to connect joins. we used a locator to select ik and in the string, we created a cluster and connected to the locator.

in the string, we created a string curve and in bow handle and we selected arrow ctrl and locators and added in the driven key. when string moves backs in(y-axis) box have to bend so to that in locator we use translate (X, Y ) both to give bend.

 we create a curve in arrow and add the attribute ( Rotate Y, Z, spin speed, and Space switching )
then we did parent constrain b/w curves ( null grp to arrow grp, bow ctrl to arrow grp, string ctrl to arrow grp ) and last we use the again driven key to set space switching.
